The Jacobs Deliverance Foundation & Corporation seeks to improve communities by the delivery of education, comprehensive housing and job development services to homeless individuals and families in Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.


Our vision is that the homeless families in Los Angeles County who participate in the programs will become self-sufficient, productive members of society. After completing the JDFC programs, our clients will no longer have to ask for assistance and will have a feeling of accomplishment and pride.


We believe in equal access to training and education. This includes comprehensive programs that meet the multiple needs of the homeless and their families. With help, communities can find homes for all their families.


JDFC currently has an outreach program that takes in homeless individuals and families who are in need of emergency shelter and assistance. As of 2007, JDFC has helped close to 5,000 individuals who were in difficult situations. These individuals received emergency shelter, food, temporary housing and job referrals.
